All products purchased from this website are subject to the terms and conditions listed below.

Returns:

The 30 day money back guarantee applies from the moment the order has been shipped to the customer. Customers making use of this guarantee will have to return all items to RPI within the 30 day period. The money back guarantee only covers the actual cost of the product costs for shipping or other transfer costs are not covered.

SHORTAGES & BACKORDERS:

Most items on our website are stocked in depth, but sometimes shortages do occur. You will not be charged for a backordered item until it is ready to ship. You will be informed which products, if any, are on backorder usually within 1 week of order placement.

SHIPPING:

All domestic orders are shipped by UPS ground service or FEDEX ground. We can also ship: Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air AM, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day Select. Please let us know via email, phone or on our order form (Your notice to us:) if you need faster service.

Most US orders will arrive within 2_5 days using ground service, if not in stock allow 2_4 weeks for delivery.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS or FEDEX only via USPS. Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for shipping if we have to re_ship an item because of an address error.

(An additional 1 to 2 weeks may be needed for delivery of foreign orders) Customer is responsible for any foreign duties.

Pricing and Payment:

Product will be supplied only after a payment has been approved.
